九月,中国电信业进入热热闹闹的金秋季节。中旬,了无结果的电信价格听证会,给业界内外灌饱了迷魂药,留下的是无穷的猜测和无奈的期许;下旬,《中华人民共和国电信管理条例(草案)》和《互联网内容服务管理办法(草案)》通过国务院审议的消息甫一刊出,就吊起了媒体的胃口,引来了各界人士关切的眼神。当然,最引人注目的要数月底国务院新闻办公室召开的新闻发布会上,信息产业部部长吴基传面对中外记者,纵论电信天下事。不过,所有的话题都没能绕开竞争这个焦点。
