对某无线电广播发射台108名机务人员进行了流行病学调查。机务人员接触的高频电场强度为6~415V/m,绝大部分时间接触的电场强度≤15V/m,日平均加权强度为14V/m,但巡机时短时间接触大强度高频80~415V/m,平均215V/m。心电图检查结果发现接触组心电图异常率显著高于对照组,主要表现为窦性心动过缓、窦性心律不齐。结果提示短时间反复接触大强度高频辐射对心电图有明显影响,建议在高频辐射卫生标准中应制定短时最高允许接触强度
An epidemiological investigation of 108 crew members on a radio broadcasting station was conducted. The high-frequency electric field strength contacted by the crew is 6 ~ 415V / m, the electric field strength contacting most of the time ≤15V / m, the average daily weighted intensity is 14V / m, but the short- 415V / m, average 215V / m. Electrocardiogram examination found that the contact group ECG abnormalities was significantly higher than the control group, mainly for sinus bradycardia, sinus arrhythmia. The results suggest that short-term exposure to high-intensity high-frequency radiation has a significant impact on the ECG, it is recommended in the high-frequency radiation health standards should be developed for short-time maximum allowable contact strength
