笔者近年来运用败黄洗方加扑敏散外撒治疗婴儿湿疹,疗效较为满意。现将有完整资料的158例介绍如下。本组158例患者中,男72例,女86例,均系2岁以内的婴儿。病程最短者2天,最长者8天。皮肤损害以红斑鳞屑性皮疹,呈油腻状鳞屑,渗出、糜烂、结痂为主。主要分布于颜面、颈下、腋窝、外阴等皱褶部。158例中,有78例曾先后分别运用过抗生素、去炎松尿素软膏、赛庚啶霜、绿药膏等药物。治疗方法:取败黄洗方1贴(败酱草30g、生大黄6g,蒲公英、地肤子、山苦参、左牡蛎、蛇床子、
