患者王××,男性,27岁,病案号16 37 26,河北省晋县马玉公社马玉大队人,石家庄市河北省第四建筑工程公司第四工程处合同工。第一次入院主诉:右上牙痛及面颊逐渐隆起近10个月。1977年8月,876牙痛,锥刺样,夜间明显,影响睡眠。同年9月,右面颊部隆起,日渐明显,伴有感觉迟钝,无疼痛,牙齿松动,右颞部有血管跳动感,偏头痛,在某两个县医院均诊断为“右上牙根尖囊肿”,介绍到石家庄某医院耳鼻喉科,临床诊断为“右侧上颌窦肿瘤”,行口内上颌窦探查
