1990年1月至1993年4月,我们用骨髓腔注射激化液配合康力龙、再障生血片口服治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血(下称慢性再障)16例,收到了较好疗效。 1.临床资料:16例慢性再障均为本院门诊治疗或住院患者,经实验室检查、骨髓涂片检查而确诊(按1987年全国第四届再障会议修订的标准诊断。男9例,女7例;年龄14～67岁;病程10天至9年;初治11例,复治5例。
From January 1990 to April 1993, 16 cases of chronic aplastic anemia (hereinafter referred to as chronic aplastic anemia) were treated orally with Bone marrow cavity injection of excipient with Kaili Long and Zaobi Shengxue Tablet, and received good curative effect. 1. Clinical data: 16 cases of chronic aplastic anemia patients were outpatient treatment or hospitalized patients, laboratory tests, bone marrow smears and confirmed (according to the 1987 National Aplastic Amending the fourth revision of the standard diagnosis of male 9 cases , 7 females; aged 14 to 67 years; duration of 10 days to 9 years; initial treatment in 11 cases, retreatment in 5 cases.
