基于超市场契约的基本特征,比较两个典型的公司和农户契约关系的组织形式:长青水果场和温氏食品集团,深入揭示其不同的履约机制所导致的契约绩效差异。分析表明,仅形成一个具有框架性质和丰富内容的超市场契约是远远不够的。必须对契约的履约机制作深入探讨,针对不同的契约关系和组织形式,需要采取不同的制度安排和治理机制才能有效保证契约的稳定性实施。
Based on the basic characteristics of the supermarket contract, this paper compares the organizational forms of the contractual relationship between two typical companies and farmers: Changqing Fruit Farm and Wen’s Food Group, revealing in depth the differences in contractual performance caused by their different compliance mechanisms. The analysis shows that it is not enough to form a supermarket contract with a framework of nature and rich content. It is necessary to conduct an in-depth discussion on the contract performance mechanism. For different contractual relations and organizational forms, different institutional arrangements and governance mechanisms are needed to effectively ensure the stability of the contract.
