目的识别、评价某年产30×104t再生铜冶炼项目可能产生的职业病危害因素,提出相应防护对策和管理措施,保障劳动者身体健康。方法选择与该项目类似的工程作为类比项目采用类比调查法和检查表法进行评价。结果该项目工程选址、总体布局、拟采取的生产工艺、设备布局、采光与照明、卫生辅助设施等符合国家有关规定,具备较完善的职业病防护设施和管理措施设计,可能存在或产生多种职业病危害因素,其中各类粉尘、噪声、高温、一氧化碳、氮氧化物、酸雾、砷化氢等是本工程主要的职业病危害因素。属严重职业病危害项目。结论该项目在生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害是可以预防的,从职业卫生角度分析该项目是可行的。
Objective To identify and evaluate the occupational hazards that may occur in a 30 × 104t reclaimed copper smelting project with an annual output and put forward corresponding protective measures and management measures to ensure the health of workers. Methods A project similar to this project was chosen as an analogy project to evaluate by analogy survey method and checklist method. Results The project site selection, overall layout, proposed production technology, equipment layout, lighting and lighting, sanitary auxiliary facilities and other relevant provisions of the state, with better occupational disease protection facilities and management measures design may exist or produce a variety of Occupational hazards, including various types of dust, noise, high temperature, carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, acid mist, arsine, etc. are the major occupational hazards in this project. Is a serious occupational hazard project. Conclusion The occupational hazards that may be generated during the production of this project are preventable. It is feasible to analyze the project from the angle of occupational health.
