脲醛胶是一种成本低廉、应用广泛的胶粘剂,占人造板用胶量的90％以上。由于人造板是家具和室内装修的主要材料,因此,游离甲醛含量超标的脲醛胶是造成“装修病”的主要原因。许多专家指出,只有采用先进的生产工艺,降低游离甲醛含量,才能符合日益严格的环保要求,保障消费者身体健康。因此,环保型脲醛胶是脲醛胶产业发展的方向。
Urea-formaldehyde glue is a cheap, widely used adhesive, accounting for more than 90% of the amount of glue used in wood-based panels. As the plywood is the main material for furniture and interior decoration, the main reason for the “fitting-out disease” is the release of formaldehyde-free urea-formaldehyde glue. Many experts pointed out that only by using advanced production technology to reduce the content of free formaldehyde in order to meet the increasingly stringent environmental requirements and protect the health of consumers.
