2、常用可靠度函数(或分布函数)的参数估计由式(2-23)即R(t)=1-F(t)=_t~∞f(t)dt可知,只需分布函数F(t)或f(t)确定,则可靠度函数R(f)也就随之确定。故可靠度函数参数估计也可由分布函数求得。下面介绍常用分布的函数参数估计问题。
