淋巴结与软组织嗜酸细胞肉芽肿主要好发部位为颌面部腮腺区,亦可累及眼睑、颌下、颏下、上臂,但累及咽部软组织属少见。现报告1例如下: 患者何××,女,18岁,南海县人。因咽部异物感伴右颈淋巴结肿大2个月,经抗炎治疗无效,于1982年10月12日来我院门诊。体查:发育营养佳,体温正常,心、肺、肝、脾无异常,咽后壁可见弥漫性表面不平、硬、韧呈肉芽肿样肿物,上至鼻咽部,下达会厌水平,表面有散在小脓灶,右颈淋巴结2×3
