目的观察鲍曼不动杆菌形成的生物膜对耐药性的影响。方法收集经P H O E N I X 1 0 0全自动微生物鉴定仪确定的鲍曼不动杆菌3 3株,用平板粘附法制备鲍曼不动杆菌的生物膜,并用结晶紫染色测量其吸光度定量,对照药敏结果分析两者关系。结果菌膜染色的吸光度值高者为阳性者,即该菌形成了生物膜,经比较其对抗菌药物的耐药率高于阴性菌即没形成生物膜的菌。结论形成生物膜的鲍曼不动杆菌对抗菌药物有较强的耐药性。
Objective To investigate the effects of biofilms formed by Acinetobacter baumannii on drug resistance. Methods Three strains of Acinetobacter baumannii, identified by the PHOENIX 100 automated microbial identification system, were collected. The biofilm of Acinetobacter baumannii was prepared by plate adhesion method. The absorbance was measured by crystal violet staining. The control drug sensitivity Results Analysis of the relationship between the two. Results The results showed that the highest absorbance value of the bacterial membrane staining was positive, that is, the bacteria formed a biofilm. The resistance rate of the bacteria to the antibacterial drug was higher than that of the negative bacteria, that is, the biofilm-forming bacteria. Conclusion The biofilm-forming Acinetobacter baumannii is highly resistant to antibacterials.
