对医院财务内部进行控制,是医院经济管理的主要手段,在医院的管理体系中占据重要地位。但长期以来,医院财务内部控制管理却被忽视,常常是内控失控事件暴发引起震动,而震动之后往往是头痛医头,不做全面分析防患于未然,漏洞的存在导致贪污挪用事件时有发生。本文站在医院管理者的角度,分析和总结财务内控存在的问题,提出建议供参考。
Control of the hospital’s financial internal control is the main means of hospital economic management and occupies an important position in the hospital’s management system. However, for a long time, the management of the hospital’s financial internal control has been neglected. It is often the result of the outbreak of uncontrolled internal control that has caused the shock.
