随着信息技术的不断发展,我们迎接到了信息化时代,使得我们现如今的生活也越来越受到影响,变得越来越便利,对很多企业以及人力资源管理更是带来巨大影响。信息化技术的不断发展,使得传统的人力资源管理模式受到冲击,面临淘汰。本文在分析信息化时代对于人力资源管理体系的改变下,来观察信息化对于人力资源经济师的影响以及引发的相关思考。
With the continuous development of information technology, we have embraced the era of informationization. As a result, the life we are living in nowadays is also increasingly affected and more and more convenient. It has also brought tremendous influence to many enterprises and to human resources management. The continuous development of information technology, making the traditional human resources management mode has been hit, facing elimination. This article analyzes the impact of information technology on human resource economists under the change of human resource management system in the era of informationization and the related thinking.
