The finite element analysis software ansys is a powerful cae software that can accurately imitate the structural stress, deformation, and internal stress conditions in an actual project, and can provide an accurate basis for the technician to make an on-site construction production plan. Production efficiency and personal qc results have a great supporting role. The practical examples of the authors in the engineering practice will be introduced in detail to explain the practical experience and results. In Example 1, China Railway 19th Commissioner Jicheng Intercity Project improved the traditional construction process during the construction of the pile foundation. Ansys was used to simulate the key parts of the components. In the traditional construction process of pile foundations, the steel bars used for the fixed steel cages are generally welded with 20 steel bars. This construction method requires both the welding process and the waste of steel bars. The field technicians adopt the welding process.
