手弧焊焊条根据其熔化后的熔渣特性可分为酸性(如结422等)和碱性(如结507等)焊条,对大量使用这两类焊条的造船和机械焊接工人的危害已有报道,但该两类焊条对焊工危害毒性的比较尚未见报道。本文对此进行了探讨,现报告如下:材料与方法1.一般情况:唐山发电总厂修配、输煤和热工车间所有焊条均为结422,用量为每人每日8kg,作业环境通风良好。锅炉和汽机车间所有焊条绝大多数为结507、热317等,平均每人每日6.4kg,作业环境多数通风较差。
