学校教育内部不平衡,存在“三重三轻”现象:一是重智育而轻美育;二是重亮点而轻基础;三是重比赛而轻评价。小学与中学的衔接不平衡,小学阶段的素质教育相对开展得较好,中学阶段由于文化课负担重,艺术教育是个“老大难”问题,艺术课程往往被文化课侵占。加上教育观念的落后,大部分地方教育部门及学校往往更看重短期行为的教育成绩,也就是教育功利化,缺乏踏踏实实沉下来做好艺术教育的热情。
There are imbalances in school education. There is a phenomenon of “triple lightness and lightness”: one is that it emphasizes the importance of education and the other is light and aesthetic; the other is the emphasis and the light foundation; the other is the emphasis on competition and light evaluation. There is an imbalance in the connection between primary and secondary schools. Quality education in primary schools is relatively well carried out. Due to the heavy burden on culture classes in secondary schools, art education is a problem of “old age difficulties.” Art courses are often occupied by cultural classes. Coupled with the backward education concept, most local education departments and schools tend to pay more attention to the educational achievements of short-term behavior, that is, the utilitarianization of education, and the lack of enthusiasm to do well to art education.
