目的 对照观察更昔洛韦治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效.方法 将144例小儿手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组用更昔洛韦,观察临床疗效,并对结果进行统计学分析.结果 治疗组显效58例,显效率为77.4%,总有效率为100.%,对照组显效28例,显效率为42.4%,总有效率为87.9%,经统计学处理,疗效明显优于对照组(χ2=19.60,P＜ 0.01).结论 治疗组疗效优于对照组,昔洛韦治疗小儿手足口病疗效好、安全.
