厚向强度特性是影响特厚板弯曲成形的重要因素。选取50mm、100mm和220mm 3种不同厚度的Q235热轧板材,在厚向不同位置截取标准圆棒试样进行静拉伸试验,得到了3种厚板的厚向强度特性曲线。采用有限元模拟方法研究了特厚板弯曲变形时厚向强度特性对内部材料应变、板层移动和弯曲力矩的影响,结果表明,弯曲相对曲率槇κ<0.3时,厚向强度特性对3种板材的内部材料应变和板层径向移动量的影响比值均接近1.5%,其影响较小;相对曲率槇κ=0.15时,厚向强度特性对3种板材弯矩的影响比值分别约为4.6%、5.7%和10%,影响效果明显。
Thickness and strength characteristics are important factors that affect the bending forming of thick slab. Two kinds of Q235 hot-rolled plates with different thickness of 50mm, 100mm and 220mm were selected to test the static tensile strength of the standard round bar specimens taken from different positions in the thickness direction. The thickness-strength characteristic curves of the three kinds of thick plates were obtained. The effect of thickness-direction strength on internal material strain, plate movement and bending moment was studied by finite element simulation method. The results show that when the relative curvature 槇 κ <0.3, The influence ratio of the internal material strain of the plate and the radial displacement of the slab is close to 1.5%, and the influence ratio of the thickness strength to the bending moment of the three plates is about 4.6 when the relative curvature 槇 κ = 0.15 %, 5.7% and 10%, the effect is obvious.
