金(Ⅲ)-碘化钾-罗丹明B(Rh-B)体系的显色反应在明胶和抗坏血酸(V_c)存在下形成水溶性离子缔合型络合物,摩尔吸光系数ε=2.3×10~5l·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。钯(Ⅱ)的类似体系的灵敏度与金(Ⅲ)相近。就钯(Ⅱ)来说,发现用聚乙烯醇(PVA)替换明胶则显色反应的灵敏度明显增高,其ε=6.5×10~5l·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。因此,本文详细研究了Pd~(2+)-KI-RhB-PVA体系的最佳显色条件,拟定了测定痕量钯的高灵敏分光光度法。
The color reaction of gold (Ⅲ) -potassium iodide-rhodamine B (Rh-B) system formed a water-soluble ion association complex in the presence of gelatin and ascorbic acid (V_c). The molar absorptivity ε = 2.3 × 10 ~ · Mol ~ (-1) · cm ~ (-1). A similar system of palladium (II) has similar sensitivity to gold (III). For palladium (II), it was found that the sensitivity of the color reaction was significantly increased with the substitution of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) for gelatin, with ε = 6.5 × 10-5 mol · cm -1. Therefore, the best conditions for the color development of Pd ~ (2 +) - KI-RhB-PVA system were studied in detail in this paper. A sensitive spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace palladium was developed.
