运用三维有限元法求解抽油杆杆体及接头不同部位表面椭圆裂纹在拉伸载荷下的应力强度因子。采用Ingraffea方程由裂端20节点奇异单元位移场可精确、连续地给出应力强度因子沿裂纹线的变化,实验验证表明,运用三维有限元分析所得到的应力强度因子有较高的工程精度。应用此结果,可对抽油杆不同部位的裂纹问题作断裂与疲劳分析。
Solve the Stress Intensity Factor of Elliptical Cracks on Different Positions of Sucker Rod Rods and Joints under Tensile Load Using 3D Finite Element Method. The Ingraffea equation can be used to predict the stress intensity factor along the crack line accurately and continuously from the displacement field of the 20-node singular element at the cracked end. The experimental verification shows that the stress intensity factor obtained by the three-dimensional finite element analysis has high engineering accuracy. Applying this result, the fracture and fatigue analysis of the crack in different parts of the sucker rod can be analyzed.
