普通槽轮机构的运动系数仅为有限几个数值,槽轮起动和停止时刻存在一定的冲击。本文用椭圆齿轮机构作为槽轮机构的前置机构,从降低槽轮的最大角加速度和减小冲击以及改变槽轮的运动系数等方面进行了机构的分析与综合。
Ordinary sheave body movement coefficient is only a limited number of values, sheave start and stop there is a certain moment of impact. In this paper, the elliptical gear mechanism is used as the front mechanism of the sheave mechanism, and the mechanism analysis and synthesis are carried out from the aspects of reducing the maximum angular acceleration of the sheave, reducing the impact and changing the coefficient of motion of the sheave.
