INTRODUCTION AND CONCEPTUAL LAW The notion of pedagogy and the self-understanding of the law facilitated by doctrinal science constitute a distinct and distinct German phenomenon. In any other language, no concept can be found that directly corresponds to the teachings of jurisprudence. Doctrine has a long history, its original meaning originated in medicine, but the specific meaning and content of the contemporary concept was shaped by nineteenth-century German historical law. To this day, traces of the Savigny and Puchta theoretical solutions can still be found in the notion of legal teachings that law can be built into a fixed system through legal science. ~ ② civil law education
