目的建立减少基体干扰的预处理方法,改善血铬原子吸收测定的效果。方法选择0.01%氯化钯(PdCl2)/0.5%Triton X-100/0.05%硝酸镁[(Mg(NO3)2]/0.1%硝酸(HNO3)混合液为基体改进剂,对血样进行适当稀释后,直接用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定铬的含量。结果本法的最低检出限为9.165×10-3μmol/L,相对标准偏差为1.42%~9.01%,加标回收率98.9%~105.1%。结论本法能克服各种基体干扰,降低检测限,以适应不同人群血铬含量检测的需要。样品预处理方法简单快速,结果满意。
Objective To establish a pretreatment method to reduce matrix interference and improve the effect of determination of blood chromium atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods After a suitable dilution of the blood sample was obtained by using 0.01% palladium chloride / 0.5% Triton X-100 / 0.05% magnesium nitrate [(Mg (NO3) 2] /0.1% nitric acid (HNO3) , The direct determination of chromium by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.Results The detection limit of this method was 9.165 × 10-3μmol / L, the relative standard deviation was 1.42% ~ 9.01%, the recoveries were 98.9% ~ 105.1% .Conclusion This method can overcome the interference of various substrates and reduce the detection limit to meet the need of blood chromium detection in different populations.The method of sample pretreatment is simple and quick with satisfactory results.
