目的探讨产前诊断系统超声检查在优生中的应用价值。方法产前诊断系统超声检查8699例孕妇,常规产科超声检查147 612例孕妇,依据结果分析胎儿缺陷种类与构成比。结果常规产科超声检查发现胎儿缺陷2107例,缺陷发生率1.43%(2107/147 612)。产前诊断系统超声检查发现胎儿缺陷560例,缺陷发生率6.44%(560/8699),其中单脐动脉107例,占19.11%;泌尿系统异常104例,占18.57%;中枢神经系统异常57例,占10.18%;心血管系统异常53例,占9.46%;消化系统异常21例;骨骼系统异常43例;呼吸系统异常43例;生殖系统异常1例;颜面部异常40例;脐膨出2例;腹裂9例;复合畸形15例;其他异常65例。超声检查结果与随访结果相符。结论产前诊断系统超声检查对胎儿缺陷的观察更为细致,可发现大多数胎儿形态结构畸形,具有较高的应用价值,有利于优生优育,为降低人口缺陷提供了有利的保障。
Objective To explore the value of prenatal diagnosis system in eugenics. Methods 8699 pregnant women underwent ultrasound examination of prenatal diagnosis system and 147 612 pregnant women by routine obstetric ultrasound examination. According to the results, the types and proportions of fetal defects were analyzed. Results A total of 2107 cases of fetal defects were found by conventional obstetric ultrasonography. The incidence of defects was 1.43% (2107/147 612). Prenatal diagnostic system ultrasound examination found 560 cases of fetal defects, the incidence of defects 6.44% (560/8699), including 107 cases of single umbilical artery, accounting for 19.11%; urinary system abnormalities in 104 cases, accounting for 18.57%; 57 cases of central nervous system abnormalities , Accounting for 10.18%; cardiovascular system abnormalities in 53 cases, accounting for 9.46%; digestive system abnormalities in 21 cases; skeletal system abnormalities in 43 cases; respiratory system abnormalities in 43 cases; reproductive system abnormalities in 1 case; facial abnormalities in 40 cases; umbilical swelling 2 Cases; abdominal disruption in 9 cases; composite deformity in 15 cases; other abnormalities in 65 cases. Ultrasound results and follow-up results. Conclusions Ultrasound examination of prenatal diagnosis system can make the observation of fetal defect more detailed. It can be found that most of the fetuses have morphological malformations, which have higher application value, which are good for prenatal and postnatal care and provide favorable protection for reducing population defects.
