问:哪些医务人员不能参加业余服务?答:医务人员如有下列情况之一的,所在单位可以决定其不参加业余服务:1.不认真做好本职工作或者不积极承担本单位分配的任务者,2.担负的工作涉及国家机密,从事兼职活动有可能泄密者;3.承担国家科技攻关或者本单位重要任务,在此期间可能影响完成国家计划和本单位任务者;4.与兼职单位存在利害关系或其它可能影响公正办事的情形,应当回避在该单位兼职者;5.因病全休或半休者。
