目前已公认有三种抗原特异性不同的干扰素。即白细胞干扰索、淋巴母细胞干扰素和纤维母细胞干扰素。而由促细胞分裂剂诱导的免疫干扰素称为Ⅱ型干扰素。虽然白细胞和纤维母细胞干扰素由于有相同的受体而认为它们在结构上是极为相似的。但有证据表明它们是由不同基因编码的。在生物学特性上它们有着不同的宿主细胞范围,在细胞培养中测定抗病毒活性时有不同的剂量反应曲线,还有在不同的细胞类型中有不同程度的细胞抑制作用。两种干扰素有免疫调节活
Currently, three different interferon specific antigens have been recognized. Leukocyte interference cord, lymphoblastoid interferon and fibroblast interferon. The immune interferon induced by mitogen is called type II interferon. Although leukocytes and fibroblast interferon are thought to be structurally similar due to the same receptors. But there is evidence that they are encoded by different genes. They have different host cell ranges in biological properties, different dose response curves for determining antiviral activity in cell culture, and varying degrees of cytostatic effects in different cell types.
