受益人应对信用证中不合理的或对自身不利的提单抬头要求及早提出修改意见。信用证中提单的收货人要求条款可以归纳成开证申请人(指示)抬头、托运人(受益人)指示抬头及银行(开证行)指示抬头三种类型。
