研究了一种准连续工作下二极管抽运的高功率高效率Nd:YAG平面波导激光振荡器。实验采用尺寸为1mm×10mm×60mm的平面波导作为增益介质,搭建平平腔实验装置,研究了平面波导激光器在不同输出镜透射率和不同重复频率下的激光输出特性。实验结果表明,当输出腔镜透射率为79%时,在重复频率为500 Hz、工作电流为200A下,获得1064nm激光的平均输出功率为441 W;在5种不同重复频率下获得最大单脉冲能量为928mJ,此时有效光光效率为53.2%。输出激光脉冲波形与抽运光脉冲波形完全一致,脉冲宽度都是240μs。通过系统优化改进,该激光器输出功率有能力进一步提升。
A kind of high power and high efficiency Nd: YAG planar waveguide laser oscillator with quasi-continuous diode pumping is studied. In this experiment, a flat waveguide with a size of 1mm × 10mm × 60mm is used as the gain medium, and a flat cavity experimental device is set up. The laser output characteristics of planar waveguide lasers at different output mirror transmissivities and different repetition frequencies are studied. The experimental results show that the average output power of 1064nm laser is 441 W at a repetition frequency of 500 Hz and an operating current of 200 A when the output endoscope transmittance is 79%. The maximum single pulse at 5 different repetition frequencies The energy is 928mJ, the effective light efficiency is 53.2% at this moment. The output laser pulse waveform is exactly the same as the pump pulse waveform, and the pulse width is 240μs. Through the system optimization and improvement, the laser output power has the ability to further improve.
