为研究磷酸二铵施用量(0、150、300和450kg·hm~(-2))对陇中半干旱地区三年生甘草产量和有效成分的影响,于2015年3-10月在甘肃省榆中县贡井乡设计大田试验。结果表明:施肥促进了甘草生长发育和有效成分的积累;与对照(CK)相比,150kg·hm~(-2)、300kg·hm~(-2)和450kg·hm~(-2)处理甘草经济产量分别增加17.54%、37.99%和43.33%,生物产量分别增加20.56%、43.02%和44.14%,有效成分产量分别增加38.75%、80.80%和82.75%,甘草经济效益分别增加29.63%、62.45%和61.71%。综上所述,300kg·hm~(-2)和450kg·hm~(-2)施肥处理甘草产量和有效成分显著高于其它处理,但是两者差异不显著,结合经济效益考虑,300kg·hm~(-2)施肥量是该区域甘草生长所需的最佳施用量。
In order to study the effects of DAP (0, 150, 300 and 450 kg · hm -2) on the yield and active ingredients of three-year-old licorice in Longzhong semi-arid area, from March to October in 2015, County Gongjing design field trials. The results showed that: fertilization promoted the growth and development of licorice and the accumulation of effective components; Compared with CK, 150 kg · hm -2, 300 kg · hm -2 and 450 kg · hm -2 The economic yield of licorice increased by 17.54%, 37.99% and 43.33% respectively. The economic benefits of licorice increased by 29.63% and 62.45% % And 61.71%. In conclusion, the yield and effective components of the treatment with 300kg · hm -2 and 450kg · hm -2 were significantly higher than those of other treatments, but the difference was insignificant. Considering the economic benefits, ~ (-2) fertilization is the optimum amount needed for the growth of licorice in this area.
