当代消费者越来越重视绿色、环保、健康的产品,在选购电冰箱的时候,带有异味的新冰箱将很难被消费者所接受。鉴于此,注重品牌质量的冰箱厂家和原材料供应商通力合作,不断创新和改进配方,以最终减轻直至消除新冰箱和冰柜的致味成分。然而,通过国内外文献的检索,对于冰箱异味进行表征的研究非常稀少,其中很重要的一部分原因就在于致味成分的复杂和表征的困难。本文结合多种先进的样品制备的方法,利用热脱附气质联用、气相质谱嗅辨联用仪,报导了一国际知名品牌新冰箱的痕量挥发性有机物和其中的关键致味成分,为后续改进配方和消除冰箱冰柜异味奠定了可靠的基础和科学依据。
Contemporary consumers pay more and more attention to green, environment-friendly and healthy products. When choosing refrigerators, new refrigerators with peculiar smell will be hard to be accepted by consumers. With this in mind, brand-focused refrigerator manufacturers and raw material suppliers work together to continually innovate and improve formulations to ultimately reduce the odors until the elimination of new refrigerators and freezers.
