[目的]观察益气健脾清热化瘀汤改善中晚期胃癌化疗后生存质量。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将29例住院患者按病志号抽签方法简单随机分为两组。对照组14例OFL化疗方案;化疗前使用格拉司琼预防呕吐,维生素B类药物预防神经毒性。治疗组15例益气健脾清热化瘀汤(太子参20g,白术、茯苓、甘草、川芎、当归各15g,白花蛇草、黄芪各20g,半枝莲、绞股蓝、陈皮各15g,砂仁10g,枳壳、厚朴各15g等),1剂/d,水煎100m L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗20d为1疗程。观测临床症状、实体瘤近期疗效、生存质量、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]症状疗效两组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。实体瘤近期疗效、生存质量治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]益气健脾清热化瘀汤联合西药治疗中晚期胃癌,疗效满意,改善生存质量、无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the effect of Yiqi Jianpi Qingre Huayu Decoction on the quality of life of advanced gastric cancer after chemotherapy. [Methods] Using randomized parallel control method, 29 inpatients were randomly divided into two groups randomly according to the method of lot drawing of disease markers. The control group of 14 cases of OFL chemotherapy; pretreatment with granisetron to prevent vomiting, vitamin B class drugs to prevent neurotoxicity. In the treatment group, 15 cases of Yiqi Jianpi Qingre Huayu Decoction (Pseudostellaria heterophylla 20g, Atractylodes, Poria cocos, licorice root, Chuanxiong rhizome, Angelica 15g each, Baihua snake grass, Astragalus 20g each, Scutellaria barbata, Gynostemma pentaphylla, , Citrus aurantium, Magnolia 15g, etc.), 1 / d, decoction 100m L, sooner or later oral; western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 20d for a course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, the recent efficacy of solid tumors, quality of life, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of 2 courses to determine the efficacy. [Results] There was no significant difference between the two groups in symptom efficacy (P> 0.05). The short-term curative effect and quality of life in solid tumor group were better than the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Yiqi Jianpi Qingre Huayu Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer has satisfactory curative effect, quality of life improvement and no serious adverse reactions, which deserves promotion.
