近两年来,全省各市、州按照《关于开展企业工资集体协商试点工作的意见》(川劳社办(2000]41号)和《关于转发(工资集体协商试行办法)的通知》(川劳社工[2000]17号)要求,逐步开展了工资集体协商试点。在各级劳动保障部门和工会组织的组织和指导下,全省近200户企业开展了工资集体协商试点并取得了初步成效。为进一步推行平等协商和集体合同制度,重点做好工资集体协商工作,现提出以下意见,请结合各地实际遵照执行。一、进一步推行平等协商和集体合同制度,加快培育劳动关系主体双方自主协调的机制,促进劳动关系的和谐稳定。按照《关于进一步推行平等协商和集体合同制度》(劳社部发[2001]17号)的有关要求,各类企业都应该建立平等协商机
In the recent two years, all the cities and prefectures in the province have followed the “Opinions on Carrying out Pilot Work of Collective Wages Consultation in Enterprises” (Chuanlao She Ban (2000) No. 41) and the Notice on Forwarding (Trial Measures on Collective Wages Consultation) Social Workers [2000] No. 17), the pilot collective wage negotiations have been gradually carried out, and under the organization and guidance of the labor and social security departments and trade union organizations at all levels, nearly 200 enterprises in the province have conducted collective wage negotiations and have achieved initial success. In order to further promote equal consultation and collective contract system and focus on wage collective bargaining, we hereby submit the following opinions and put them in line with the actual conditions in all regions: 1.
