目的了解普洱市某新型工艺普洱茶加工企业存在的职业病危害因素、危害程度及防护措施。方法根据国家法律、法规和标准,采用职业卫生学调查、现场检测的方法对企业职业病防护措施及识别的职业病危害因素进行调查、检测。结果该企业总体布局、生产设备布局、职业病危害防护设施符合职业卫生要求;经识别企业存在的职业病危害因素有茶尘、噪声、高温,检测结果均符合职业接触限值要求。结论该企业存在的职业病危害因素能得到有效控制,职业病危害控制措施可行有效。
Objective To understand the occupational hazards, hazards and protective measures of a new type of Pu’er tea processing enterprise in Pu’er City. Methods According to the national laws, regulations and standards, occupational hygiene investigation and on-site testing methods were used to investigate and test the protective measures against occupational diseases in enterprises and the identified occupational hazards. Results The overall layout of the enterprise, the layout of production equipment and protective facilities against occupational hazards met occupational health requirements. Occupational hazards found in the identified enterprises included tea dust, noise and high temperature, and the test results met the occupational exposure limit requirements. Conclusion The existing occupational hazards in this enterprise can be effectively controlled, and the control measures of occupational hazards are feasible and effective.
