已有动物实验证明:神经垂体内多巴胺及其受体的亲和力均增高,多巴胺对垂体后叶激素——精氨酸加压素(AVP)的分泌具有刺激和抑制的双重作用。但在人体,这方面的研究甚少,且多巴胺对AVP 的作用目前仍有争议。为此,作者选用了多巴胺受体阻滞剂——灭吐灵对14名正常男性(年龄22~36岁)进行了对照研究。试验前禁水8~10小时,整个实验过程取卧位。实验组(7人)静脉一次注入灭吐灵10mg(2ml),对照组(7人)注射等量生理盐水。分别于-15、0、15、30、45、60、90及120分钟取血,进行 AVP 的放免测定。结果显示:对照组AVP 水平无改变;实验组所有受试者上述时限的
Animal experiments have shown that the affinity of dopamine and its receptors in the neurohypophysis are increased, and dopamine has the dual role of stimulating and inhibiting the secretion of the hormone pheromone-arginine vasopressin (AVP). However, in the human body, there is little research on this aspect, and the effect of dopamine on AVP is still controversial.
