党的十八届六中全会就加强和规范党内生活作出了重要制度安排,体现了党对于新形势下党建工作认识的深化。加强和规范党内生活,必须以党章为根本遵循,把坚定理想信念作为首要任务,坚持全心全意为人民服务的根本要求,全面贯彻党的基本路线,坚持民主集中制。为此,要加强对重点群体和重点对象的教育,保证领导干部“以上率下”;严格党内组织生活制度,积极开展批评与自我批评;坚持正确的选人用人导向,发挥党组织在干部任用中的领导和把关作用;强化对权力运行的制约和监督,营造风清气正的政治生态。
The 6th Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee has made important institutional arrangements for strengthening and standardizing inner-Party life and embodied the party’s deepening understanding of party building under the new situation. To strengthen and standardize the inner-party life, we must follow the party constitution as the basic principle, regard resolute ideals and convictions as the top priority, uphold the fundamental requirement of serving the people wholeheartedly, fully implement the party’s basic line and uphold democratic centralism. To this end, it is necessary to strengthen education for key groups and key people and ensure that leading cadres “over rate”; strictly control the system of inner-party organization and actively carry out criticism and self-criticism; uphold the correct orientation of employing and selecting people, The role of leadership and checks in the appointment of cadres; strengthen the restriction and supervision of the operation of power to create a righteous political ecology.
