本文从理论上和实践上论证了不对称阶梯截面环件辗扩中存在轴向金属流动;指出了轴向金属流动应通过毛坯合理设计和闭式孔型来控制。通过EO140汽车后桥从动伞齿轮坯辗扩实践,给出了阶梯孔环件辗扩毛坯设计方法和程序。
This paper proves the existence of axial metal flow in asymmetrical step-section rings with both theoretical and practical aspects. It is pointed out that the flow of axial metal should be controlled by the rational design of blank and the closed hole type. Through EO140 automobile rear axle driven bevel gear blank rolling practice, gives the step hole ring parts rolling blank design methods and procedures.
