目的:观察茵黄合剂对苯甲酸雌二醇(EB)诱导的肝内胆汁瘀积模型大鼠血清胆汁酸分泌的影响。方法:采用EB复制雌激素性肝内胆汁瘀积模型,并观察茵黄合剂对实验大鼠血清生化指标的影响。结果:孕鼠经雌激素造模后,血清总胆汁酸(TBA)、总胆红素(TBiL)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)均有明显升高。茵黄合剂高、中、低3个剂量组均有不同程度拮抗雌激素所致血清TBA、TBiL及ALT、ALP的升高作用。结论:茵黄合剂具有减轻雌激素造成肝内胆汁瘀积的功能。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Yinhuang Mixture on serum bile acid secretion in rats induced intrahepatic cholestasis by estradiol benzoate (EB). Methods: EB was used to replicate the estrogen-induced intrahepatic cholestasis model, and the effect of Yinhuang Mixture on serum biochemical parameters was observed. Results: Serum levels of total bile acid (TBA), total bilirubin (TBiL), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) were significantly increased in pregnant mice after estrogen injection. The high, medium and low doses of Yinhuang Mixture all antagonized estrogen-induced serum TBA, TBiL and ALT, ALP elevation. Conclusion: Yinhuang Mixture has the function of reducing estrogen’s intrahepatic cholestasis.
