学生思想品德教育要能适应市场社会发展的要求,首先必须突破将思想品德教育理解为单纯的理性化过程的传统局限,确立起重视人的非理性精神因素在其中的重要地位。认识到理性与非理性本是一对“你中有我,我中有你,离则俱损,合则共荣”的不可分割的整体精神因素。其次必须讲究操作策略,在实际工作中利用非理性精神因素的积极功能,化解其消极影响,
Students’ ideological and moral education must be able to adapt to the requirements of market social development. First of all, it must break through the traditional limitations of ideological and moral education as a simple rationalization process, and establish an important position in valuing people’s irrational spiritual factors. Recognizing that reason and irrationality are the inseparable overall spiritual factors of “you have me, I have you, and you lose it, then you lose it, and you make it together ”. Secondly, we must pay attention to operational strategies and use the positive functions of irrational mental factors to resolve negative impacts in practical work.
