目的通过对布鲁氏菌的血清学和病原学检测,为研究布鲁氏菌病的流行特征及防治措施提供实验依据。方法采集一例柳江区疑似布病病例的血液标本进行虎红平板凝聚试验(Rose Bengal Plane Test,RBPT)和试管凝聚试验(Standard Tube Agglutination Test,SAT),采用双相血培养瓶进行血液培养。结果血清RBPT初筛阳性,SAT效价为1∶1 600(++),从血液中分离出1株布鲁氏菌,经鉴定为羊种3型布鲁氏菌。结论该病例为实验室确诊的羊种3型布鲁氏菌感染病例,建议临床上对长期不明原因的发热者及时进行布鲁氏菌血清学检测和血液培养,早发现、早诊断、早治疗。
Objective To study the epidemiology and prevention and treatment of brucellosis by the serological and etiological detection of brucellosis. Methods Blood samples from a suspected case of brucellosis in Liujiang District were collected for Rose Bengal Plane Test (RBPT) and Standard Tube Agglutination Test (SAT). Blood was cultured in biphasic blood vessels. Results Serum RBPT positive screening, SAT titers of 1: 600 (++), isolated from the blood of a strain of Brucella, identified as sheep species of Brucella. Conclusions This case is a laboratory confirmed case of brucellosis type 3 infection. It is suggested that serology and blood culture of Brucella serodiagnosis, early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment of brucellosis should be carried out clinically in patients with long-term unexplained fever. .
