本文报导了应用酶免疫法检测血清风疹特异性抗体ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＭ的方法及其在诊断风疹上的意义。风疹血清特异性抗体ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＭ可以作为风疹快速特异的早期和近期诊断指标，而且在鉴别风疹与麻疹上具有重要意义，另外还提出了检测时应注意的问题。
This article reports the method of using enzyme immunoassay to detect serum rubella specific IgG and IgM, and its significance in the diagnosis of rubella. Rubella serum-specific antibodies IgG and IgM can be used as early and immediate indicators of rapid and specific diagnosis of rubella and are of great importance in the identification of rubella and measles. Other problems that should be noted when testing are also raised.
