现代工程机械液压传动系统逐渐朝向高精度、高性能、高复杂方向发展,鉴于传统液压故障诊断技术的落后性,它已无法再满足如今对于机械维修的需求。作为21世纪前沿科学之一的智能故障诊断技术,早已将历年来的研究成果应用于我们的生产实践中,这样便极大的提高了企业的生产效率和效益。本文对机械液压传动系统中的智能故障诊断技术进行了浅要的分析,以便为智能故障诊断技术提供相应的理论依据。
Due to the backwardness of traditional hydraulic fault diagnosis technology, the hydraulic transmission system of modern engineering machinery is gradually moving toward high precision, high performance and high complexity, and it no longer meets the current demand for mechanical maintenance. As one of the cutting-edge science in the 21st century, intelligent fault diagnosis technology has long been applied to our production practice over the years, which greatly improves the production efficiency and profit of the enterprise. In this paper, the intelligent fault diagnosis technology in the mechanical hydraulic drive system is briefly analyzed in order to provide the corresponding theoretical basis for the intelligent fault diagnosis technology.
