目的硫酸庆大霉素注射液中硫酸庆大霉素经衍生化为二氢吡啶衍生物后用紫外分光光度法测定其含量。方法以乙酰丙酮-甲醛为衍生化试剂,硼酸-醋酸为缓冲液,用紫外分光光度法测定,检测波长为271 nm。结果 80.0~300.0 U/ml浓度范围内吸收值与浓度呈良好线性关系,加样回收率98%~102%,RSD﹤3%(n=3)。测得样品中庆大霉素含量97%~103%。结论本方法适用于硫酸庆大霉素注射液生产过程中配制药液的含量测定。
Objective Gentamycin sulfate injection of gentamicin sulfate derivatization into dihydropyridine derivatives after UV spectrophotometry determination of its content. Methods The acetylacetone-formaldehyde derivatization reagent and boric acid-acetic acid were used as the buffer, and the detection wavelength was 271 nm by UV spectrophotometry. Results There was a good linear relationship between the absorbance and the concentration in the concentration range of 80.0 ~ 300.0 U / ml. The recovery rate was 98% ~ 102% with RSD <3% (n = 3). The measured gentamicin content of 97% ~ 103%. Conclusion This method is suitable for the determination of the content of the prepared liquid in the production of gentamicin sulfate injection.
