与公路工程相比,铁路工程具有点多面广、建设周期长等特点,铁路工程造价具有合同额巨大、影响施工成本的不确定因素多、个别支出项目计取收入难度大、结算程序复杂、清理概算时间长等特点,故,对承接了铁路工程的施工企业来说,尤其对于路外单位,如何做好施工过程中及实体完工后的经营管理,对项目取得理想的经营效益可谓关键。笔者以施工中的兰渝铁路某标段为例,整理出施工企业在大型铁路项目经营管理中的个人心得和几点建议。

Taking a certain section of Lanzhou-Chongqing railway as an example, the author sort out the personal experience and suggestions of construction enterprises in the operation and management of large-scale railway projects.
