本文根据地方政府后备干部选拔的实际情况,设计和确立了地方政府后备干部选拔评价指标体系,并以秦皇岛市农业局现有后备干部的模拟评价数据进行了实证分析。
Based on the actual situation of the selection of reserve cadres in local governments, this paper designs and establishes the evaluation index system of the selection and evaluation of the reserve cadres of local governments, and empirically analyzes the simulation evaluation data of the existing backup cadres of the Bureau of Agriculture in Qinhuangdao.
