第一印象会影响我们的情绪,长达数月或数年,并影响我们如何倾听此人,我们会把此人说的所有东西扭曲,以便迎合我们在脑海里预设的概念人生基本上是个感知问题,但错误的感知要更多些。很多人认为自己很擅长倾听,或者起码水平还不错,可是他们都错了。在一家地产公司的全国年会上,我用同样的问题问场内五百名地产经纪人。每个人都举起了手,表示自认懂得倾听客户。我接着问,“你们没有一个人懂得倾听是怎么回事,而且从来都没倾听过别人,有多少人同意?”我停下来,看着全场听众,现场没有一个人举手。
The first impressions affect our emotions for months or years and affect how we listen to them, and we will distort everything the person says in order to cater to the concept that we have in mind. Life is basically a Perceived problems, but wrong perceptions need more. Many people think they are good at listening, or at least not bad, but they’re all wrong. At the national convention of a real estate company, I asked the venue about 500 real estate agents on the same question. Everyone raised their hands, said they know how to listen to customers. I went on to ask, “No one of you knows how to listen, and never listened to others, how many people agree?” I stopped and looked at the audience without a solo hand at the scene.
