以“余干”辣椒为试材,在水培条件下,设置了6种光质,红光、蓝光、红光∶蓝光=4∶1、红光∶蓝光=8∶1、红光∶蓝光∶绿光=4∶1∶1和红光∶蓝光∶紫外光(UVB)=20∶5∶1,测定分析了辣椒在生殖期的形态建成、结果情况和果实品质变化,研究LED光质对辣椒生殖生长和果实品质的影响。结果表明:红光处理下“余干”辣椒株高最高,显著高于各复合光处理;蓝光处理下分枝数最多为4.11,开花时间最晚为44d,挂果数量最低为8.25个,果长/果宽最高为2.71,且与其它处理间有显著性差异;各复合光处理间植株生长和结果表现无显著性差异。红光∶蓝光∶UV-B=20∶5∶1处理下,维生素C含量最高,显著高于红光及各复合光处理,蓝光处理下,可溶性蛋白质含量极显著高于其余处理,红光处理下可溶性糖含量最高,显著高于蓝光处理。

Under the condition of red light: blue light: UV-B = 20: 5:1, the content of vitamin C was the highest, which was significantly higher than that of red light and each compound light. Under blue light, the content of soluble protein was significantly higher than the other treatments Under the highest soluble sugar content, significantly higher than the blue light treatment.
