总结各类企业的发展衰落史不难发现,保证企业健康发展的先决条件就是良好的经济管理,这也是企业在市场竞争中的优势所在。但知易行难,企业在实际经济管理过程中受到各方面因素的影响,造成管理效果不甚理想。基于此,笔者结合自身工作经验,以企业经济管理对企业发展重要性为开篇,详细剖析了企业经济管理中存在的问题,结尾分析应该如何创新管理措施。
It is not difficult to find that the precondition for the healthy development of enterprises is good economic management, which is also the advantage of enterprises in the market competition.
