本文以小青口大白菜为研究对象,定量描述了大白菜阶段发育中生长锥中部纵剖面形状(宽/高)、亚外套层数、肋状分生组织细胞形状(横径/纵径)的变化趋势:横径/纵径之比在整个阶段发育中从大变小,到花芽分化前变化为1左右,以后无明显交化。宽/高比在整个阶段发育过程中从大变小,再从小交大,最小值出现在生殖生长开始花芽分化之间。亚外套层数在花芽分化前呈增加变化,花芽分化后呈减少变化。同时观察了生长锥各组织分区从营养生长期到生殖生长期的交化趋势,原套始终为一层细胞,形成层状细胞区在营养生长期中呈增加变化。进入生殖生长期后细胞逐渐纵向生长直到不呈层状排列。中央母细胞区和周缘区在整个阶段发育中呈“~”形变化。结合这些指标和苗龄,可推断其是否完成了营养生长期和小青口幼苗是否会发生未熟抽苔。

The original set was always a layer of cells, and the formation of stratified zone increased during vegetative growth. After entering the reproductive growth period, the cells gradually grow vertically until they are not layered. The central cell area and the peripheral area showed “~” shape changes during the whole stage of development. Combined with these indicators and seedling age, it can be inferred whether they have completed the vegetative growth period and whether the occurrence of immature bolting in Xiaoqingkou seedlings.
