研究了深冷处理对Rm 80 钢力学与疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:深冷处理使该钢的力学及疲劳性能普遍提高,尤其以第一次回火后深冷处理具有较好的综合效果。深冷处理过程中马氏体的分解、超微细碳化物的析出以及组织细化是该钢性能得以改善的主要原因。
The effect of cryogenic treatment on mechanical properties and fatigue properties of Rm 80 steel was studied. The results show that the mechanical and fatigue properties of the steel are generally improved by cryogenic treatment, especially the cryogenic treatment after the first tempering has a good comprehensive effect. During the cryogenic treatment, the decomposition of martensite, the precipitation of ultrafine carbides and the refinement of the microstructure are the main reasons for the improvement of the properties of the steel.
