跳步急停技术动作是篮球中常用的技术之一,但是动作上的错误往往会造成运动员膝关节与髋关节的损伤。采用文献资料法、三维测力台测试等研究方法,对篮球跳步急停技术动作进行运动功能分析,研究认为:1)由于教练员的动作功能训练理论水平的薄弱,造成了训练中运动员跳步急停技术动作的错误;2)错误的跳步急停技术动作会导致身体姿态不平稳、动作衔接不连贯,甚至形成能量泄漏,造成腰、髋、膝的损伤;3)正确的跳步急停技术动作训练,可以让运动员的发力顺序更为合理、效果更好;4)跳步急停技术中,积极的屈髋动作的运用能够促进动能向势能的转化,而腰髋形成63°的角度能够将腰髋处的压力降低。
